Privacy Policy

Qelv LLC (“Qelv”, “we”, “us”) is a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA. This policy applies to this website and to enquiries you send us through it.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the contact form, we collect the details you enter:

• your name
• your email address
• your company name or website address
• your description of the bottleneck you are trying to fix, and any other content you choose to include
• the budget or timing note, if you provide one

You decide how much detail to include. Please do not send confidential business information, credentials, or personal data about third parties through the form.

Information collected while you browse. Only if you accept the optional scripts. We ask on your first visit, and no tracking script is loaded unless you say yes. If you accept, Google Analytics counts visits and page views, records the on-site actions this site defines (a message delivered through the form and the first move, budget range and timing picked on it, the form being started, the form falling back to email when it cannot deliver, the homepage tick-list sending your picks to the form, a filter chosen on the work page, a call-to-action clicked, a work or labs card staying on screen long enough to have been read, a work or labs card opened, a pricing section opened, the publish-or-withhold quiz finished, the payback estimator used, a client site opened, a request to see restricted work followed, such as asking about a build or for a live demo, and a walkthrough asked for on a work or labs page), and truncates your IP address before storing anything; and an Apollo.io tracker runs and sets identifiers that estimate which company a visit came from, along with approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, and referral source. If you decline, none of these scripts runs. If you accept and later change your mind, the scripts stop loading; cookies they already set stay in your browser until you delete them, but the page reloads to tear the running scripts down. Information sent when you submit a form. Submitting posts your answers to this site’s own endpoint, which delivers them to our mailbox as a plain email through our email provider. As with any request over the internet, that request carries your IP address and browser details in transit. No marketing CRM stores the submission. If you accepted analytics cookies, an Apollo form assistant also matches the email and company you type against Apollo’s business directory so we see company context alongside the enquiry; if you declined, no third party touches the form at all.

How we use it

• to reply to your enquiry and assess whether we can help
• to prepare a first move on the bottleneck you describe, or other work you request
• to follow up about a live enquiry, and to keep our own record of the conversation
• to understand which pages lead to enquiries so we can improve the site

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your enquiry content to train machine learning models.

Legal bases

Where UK or EU data protection law applies, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and operating our website, and on your consent for non-essential cookies. Where we are negotiating or performing a contract with you, we rely on that contract.

Who processes your information

We keep our processor list short and name it plainly:

• Our hosting and email providers, to serve this site and to deliver form submissions to our mailbox as email.
• Google (Google Analytics), only if you accepted analytics cookies. Google processes visit and page-view data on our behalf so we can see which pages are read and which lead to an enquiry. Nothing you type into a form is sent to Google.
• Apollo.io, only if you accepted analytics cookies. Apollo processes visit data to estimate which company a visit came from, and matches the email and company you type into a form against its business directory. Your message itself still goes only to our mailbox.

These providers act on our instructions. Qelv operates from Pakistan and is registered in the United States, so your information may be processed outside your country of residence, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as there is a live or plausible business relationship, and then for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. If you ask us to delete your enquiry, we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Email privacy@qelv.io and we will action the request. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS, and access to the mailbox that receives enquiries is restricted to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and revise the date shown above.
